Terms and Conditions

We hope this message finds you well. At C.W. Quick Toss LLC, it is important that every client does their part so that we can continue to do ours. Please take a moment to review the following policy updates, effective immediately.

Bag Overage Policy

• 96-Gallon Can (Weekly Service Only):
  Customers with a 96-gallon can and weekly service are allowed up to three (3) black contractor garbage bags placed outside of the can at no additional charge.
• 64-Gallon Can:
  Customers with a 64-gallon can do not have overage privileges. All trash must fit inside the can.
• Trash exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or non-collection.

Bagging Requirements

• All loose items and/or small debris must be securely bagged.
• Loose trash will not be collected.

Cardboard & Boxes

• All cardboard boxes must be broken down and flattened.
• Boxes that are not broken down may not be collected.

Skip List & Billing Policy

• All invoices are expected to be paid in full.
• If an invoice is not paid by the following billing cycle, your account will be placed on our skip list, and service will be skipped until:
  
  • Payment is made, or
  • Contact is made with our office.
• If an account remains on the skip list for one (1) month with no payment and no communication, C.W. Quick Toss LLC will:
  
  • Retrieve company-issued trash cans
  • Discontinue service
  • Removal of trash from can into bags and bags will be left on property
  • loss of deposit 

PLEASE COMMUNICATE. We are always willing to work with our customers when communication is made.

By continuing service with C.W. Quick Toss LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these updated policies.
